Shipping Policy

Lugo Collectibles ships domestic via UPS or USPS from our California warehouse.  We usually ship within 2-3 business days.  We don't ship during weekends and holidays.  Shipments should arrive within 3-7 business days after your order has shipped.  All domestic shipments include online tracking, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to update on UPS or USPS website.  If you do not receive an email with a shipping notice and tracking number, please double check your spam folder.

We try our best to pack with care but will have no control over how the shipping courier may handle your package.  

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Lugo Collectibles is NOT responsible for any lost or damage packages incur by the shipping carriers.   

NOTE:  The ETA for your packages may be longer than the estimated time provided by the shipping carrier due to severe weather, traffic, or congestion at their hubs.  

FREE shipping for orders of $100+ within the Contiguous US (48 States)

FREE Standard U.S. shipping applies to all orders of $100 or more.  This promotion is not valid for International shipments, shipments to HI, AK, APO/FPO locations, Puerto Rico, or any of U.S. territories. No adjustments on previous orders.  Lugo Collectibles reserves the right to change this promotion at any time.


Funko 4", 6" & 2-PACK POPs will be shipped in our Signature soft protectors.  We do not offer replacement for the pop protectors if they are damaged during transit.  

The Damaged Box (NOT MINT) category does not qualify for this promotional offer.

International Orders

We current offer shipping to the USA territories and Canada.

Please remember to allow additional time for international orders as they will require custom clearance upon arrival to the designated country.

Customs Fees / Duties / VAT

You may be responsible for additional customs fees/Duties/VAT when you receive your orders.  These fees are controlled by the local authorities in your home country and may vary. We do not accept any requests to change the value of the order.  In accordance to our laws, the actual amount paid will be entered onto the shipping label.  Please make sure you check with your local customs for exact charges prior placing the orders.

Please ensure you have the correct shipping address prior to checking out.  Our system is automated and we will be unable to make any changes after an order has been placed.
