Return Policy
**ALL SALES ARE FINAL**
Lugo Collectibles does not accept returns or exchanges. Most of our collectibles are hard to find and are usually limited in quantity. Therefore, we can't accept returns because you don't really want the item(s) anymore or that it is not in "perfect" condition.
If you received the wrong order/item, please contact us at sales@lugocollectibles.com and our team will help to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please provide us clear photos of the item(s) and the packaging in order to request for the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Cancellations
We are NOT able to cancel orders. Only place an order (or pre-order) when you know you absolutely want the item(s). We will not be able to cancel your order should you change your mind.
Damage Claims
If you received a damaged package due to shipping, please contact the shipping courier to file a claim. Lugo Collectibles will NOT be liable for any product damaged or lost during shipping.
If you have added Route Protection with your order, please visit Route Claim to file for your lost or damaged packages.
Incorrect Addresses or Refused Packages
Please ensure you have the right address prior to committing to your order. Packages that are returned due to incorrect addresses or refused, will bear a minimum of a 20% restock fee. Shipping will not be refunded. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to appear after the product returns.
